Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct risk assessments for autonomous systems and generative AI models
- Lead stakeholder engagement including regulators, industry consortiums, and ethics boards
- Establish audit protocols for algorithmic bias and fairness metrics
- Drive organizational culture shift toward ethical AI practices through training and policy enforcement
- Represent NexusTech in global AI ethics forums and standard-setting bodies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in AI governance, risk management, or ethical technology leadership
- Expertise in emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI systems at scale
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate AI model behavior and bias detection
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) or equivalent
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on AI policy matters
