Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product roadmaps
- Lead bias audits and fairness assessments across generative AI systems
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI pipelines
- Advocate for inclusive AI design through stakeholder workshops and research
- Report on AI ethics compliance to board committees and regulatory bodies
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI deployment practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven expertise in auditing generative AI systems for bias and fairness
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in responsible AI
- Experience collaborating with C-suite executives on technology ethics strategy
- Strong background in regulatory compliance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to diverse audiences
