What You'll Accomplish:
- Design and implement ethical AI governance policies for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in bias mitigation and fairness audits
- Represent the company at global AI ethics forums and regulatory bodies
- Develop transparency protocols for explainable AI deployments
Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive ethical risk assessments for AI deployments by 2026
- Develop training programs for engineers on responsible AI development
- Establish audit protocols for algorithmic fairness and accountability
- Collaborate with legal teams on evolving AI regulations
- Lead stakeholder engagements on AI ethics initiatives
- Produce annual ethics impact reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership roles
- Published research in algorithmic fairness or AI ethics
- Experience working with NIST AI Framework or EU AI Act guidelines
- Expertise in bias detection techniques across ML models
- Strong background in policy development for emerging technologies
