Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce enterprise-wide AI ethics standards aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead bias mitigation initiatives across autonomous decision-making systems
- Develop stakeholder engagement frameworks for public AI transparency initiatives
- Conduct annual ethics audits of machine learning models with 99% confidence intervals
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles in development lifecycles
- Represent company at global AI ethics summits and policy discussions
- Lead crisis response protocols for AI ethics violations
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI (XAI)
- Experience implementing EU AI Act or NIST RMF frameworks
- Deep understanding of 2026 quantum computing implications for AI ethics
- Certification in AI Governance (e.g., CAG, AIGP) or equivalent
- Proven track record scaling ethics programs across Fortune 500 organizations
- Expertise in neural network interpretability techniques (SHAP, LIME)
