Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech policy
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation in ML systems
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership
- Published work in AI ethics or technology ethics
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (e.g., EU Ethics Guidelines)
