- Design bias mitigation protocols for machine learning models serving diverse user populations
- Present ethical guidelines to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers on ethical AI development practices
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging ethical challenges in generative AI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech leadership
- Proven experience with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI principles
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Strong background in policy development for autonomous systems
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics journals
- Certification in Responsible AI Governance (e.g., IBM's AI Ethics Certificate)
