Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks and governance protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing responsible AI practices
- Conduct risk assessments for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Partner with policymakers on emerging AI regulations and standards
- Design audit mechanisms for algorithmic bias and transparency
- Present findings to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior researchers on ethical AI development methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech leadership
- Published work on algorithmic bias or AI policy frameworks
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF standards
- Experience with multi-stakeholder governance processes
- Strong background in machine learning and neural networks
- Proven track record of influencing tech policy decisions
