Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI/ML systems
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for emerging technologies
- Develop policies for responsible AI deployment across autonomous systems
- Lead stakeholder engagement with regulators, ethicists, and civil society
- Create transparency protocols for algorithmic decision-making processes
- Advocate for ethical considerations in product development lifecycle
- Monitor evolving regulatory landscapes and adapt compliance strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or governance roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global regulations
- Strong written communication for policy documentation
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across diverse groups
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI frameworks implementation
