Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models
- Advise product teams on ethical AI design principles and regulatory compliance (GDPR, AI Act)
- Create transparency protocols for algorithmic decision-making systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption with enterprise clients
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and update internal policies proactively
- Author public-facing AI ethics reports and position papers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or governance roles at tech companies
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning fairness metrics and bias mitigation
- Experience with cross-functional ethical review boards
- Published work on AI ethics or governance in peer-reviewed journals
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
