Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with evolving global standards
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models
- Develop governance protocols for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption strategies
- Monitor emerging regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks) and adapt compliance measures
- Document ethical risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Mentor engineering teams on ethical AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Deep knowledge of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with model explainability techniques (SHAP, LIME)
- Strong policy writing and stakeholder communication skills
- Published work in AI ethics or technology governance preferred
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., IEEE, EDSA) or equivalent
