Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory requirements
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI pipelines
- Create transparency reports and compliance documentation for stakeholders
- Advocate for ethical AI practices through internal training and external thought leadership
- Monitor emerging AI legislation and adapt policies proactively
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Proficiency with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong understanding of bias mitigation techniques in ML systems
- Experience with stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or related policy (highly desirable)
