Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models
- Establish compliance protocols for emerging AI regulations (2026+ standards)
- Create transparency documentation for high-stakes AI decision systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Monitor global AI policy developments and advise internal strategy
- Mentor junior engineers on ethical AI implementation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging frameworks
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Experience with regulatory compliance in tech or fintech
- Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
- Published work or certifications in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
