Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory projections
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning systems
- Develop industry standards for AI transparency and explainability protocols
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment
- Advocate for ethical AI policies in regulatory consultations
- Monitor global AI legislation trends and update compliance strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 3+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or governance roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (Aequitas, IBM Fairness 360)
- Strong background in machine learning model evaluation
- Experience with AI risk management frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
