- Represent the company in global AI ethics forums and policy discussions
- Create educational materials for stakeholders on responsible AI practices
- Establish metrics for measuring AI's societal impact and ethical performance
- Advise on emerging risks from AGI and autonomous systems deployment
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, policy development, or governance
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI Framework, and global regulations
- Technical proficiency in ML model auditing tools (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Published research on AI ethics or responsible AI deployment
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies or congressional committees
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large language models
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical teams
