Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance protocols for AI-quantum hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics reviews of autonomous decision algorithms
- Partner with policy teams to shape 2026 AI regulatory landscape
- Design bias mitigation frameworks for predictive healthcare AI
- Conduct ethical impact assessments for climate modeling initiatives
- Mentor ethics fellows in our Future Leaders program
- Publish frameworks in Nature Ethics and ACM journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or AI Policy with 5+ years applied experience
- Published work on algorithmic bias mitigation or value alignment
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42071 and EU AI Act frameworks
- Experience with quantum computing ethics (e.g., NIST RMF 2.0)
- Strong background in bioethics or climate justice domains
- Proven ability to translate complex ethics into engineering requirements
- Public speaking experience at venues like NeurIPS or World Economic Forum
