Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for ML models across all business units
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in development pipelines
- Advocate for transparency and explainability in autonomous systems
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to navigate evolving AI regulations
- Lead stakeholder workshops on ethical AI adoption and risk mitigation
- Drive industry standards through research publications and conference presentations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in bias detection, fairness metrics, and model interpretability tools
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or related peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with agile development methodologies and MLOps
