Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical frameworks for autonomous AI systems deployed in 2026
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments on machine learning models
- Develop governance protocols for AI decision-making transparency
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI lifecycle
- Research emerging AI ethics challenges (deepfakes, autonomous weapons, etc.)
- Author white papers and industry standards for responsible AI deployment
- Advocate for inclusive AI design through stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology governance
- Expertise in bias/fairness assessment techniques for ML systems
- Deep understanding of AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Strong research methodology and statistical analysis skills
- Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration (tech + humanities)
- Published work in AI ethics or technology ethics preferred
