Qualifications

- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Strong background in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with stakeholder communication on technical ethics
- Published research or practical projects in AI ethics preferred
