Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, AI, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing AI ethics policies for enterprise-scale deployments
- Expertise in bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and explainable AI techniques
- Familiarity with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
