Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments on ML models
- Develop predictive risk mitigation strategies for 2026 AI adoption
- Advocate for ethical AI policies before industry coalitions
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI development

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech roles
