Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical guidelines for next-generation AI systems
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments on autonomous decision algorithms
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI pipelines
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption frameworks
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and quantum computing
- Author white papers on AI governance for regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics or responsible technology governance
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation methodologies
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience with cross-functional ethical review boards
