Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, ML governance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in bias detection/mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with AI ethics toolchains (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Publication record in ethics/AI journals or conference proceedings
