Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging global standards
- Conduct risk assessments for AI systems using advanced ethical auditing methodologies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical principles into ML pipelines
- Lead stakeholder engagement with policymakers, industry consortiums, and academic partners
- Author thought leadership papers and contribute to industry ethics dialogues
- Monitor regulatory developments and adapt compliance strategies proactively
- Mentor junior team members on responsible AI practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, ethics, or policy development
- Deep understanding of machine learning architectures and ethical implications
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical domains
- Familiarity with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex ethical dilemmas
- Published work or speaking engagements in AI ethics conferences
