Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems, generative AI, and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional ethics audits of AI models using bias detection and fairness metrics
- Develop governance protocols for AI deployment in high-stakes domains (healthcare, finance, autonomous systems)
- Author white papers and position papers on emerging ethical challenges in AI for 2026
- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Train 500+ engineers on ethical AI development practices through our internal academy
- Represent company at global AI ethics summits and regulatory working groups
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, AI Governance, or related field with 5+ years applied AI ethics experience
- Proven track record implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Expertise in bias mitigation, explainable AI (XAI), and algorithmic accountability
- Familiarity with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, OECD AI Principles, NIST RMF)
- Published research on AI ethics or policy in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on responsible AI transformation
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, EIT Digital)
