Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 technology roadmaps

- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams on ethical AI principles
- Advocate for inclusive design practices in AI development pipelines
- Monitor and respond to evolving global AI regulations and standards
- Produce thought leadership on responsible AI adoption strategies
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to address unique ethical challenges
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible technology roles
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Strong background in predictive analytics and autonomous systems
- Experience with quantum computing ethics and uncertainty modeling
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., from IEEE or Partnership on AI)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
