- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (2026-2030) and integration roadmaps
- Establish ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Drive patent development for proprietary future-tech methodologies
- Present strategic tech roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML development with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and generative AI
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and bias mitigation
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or equivalent technical domain
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems from prototype to production
