Qualifications

- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurism
- Proven track record of publishing thought leadership in AI ethics
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, AGI
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
