Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 AI innovation roadmap, identifying breakthrough opportunities in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and AGI
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-generation AI applications for healthcare, climate modeling, and space exploration
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals and global regulatory standards
- Represent the company at Davos, World Economic Forum, and other high-stakes futurism symposiums
- Develop predictive models for AI-driven societal transformation and geopolitical impact
- Partner with academic institutions to pioneer AI safety research and alignment protocols
- Create thought leadership content that shapes industry discourse on AI's long-term trajectory
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or Futurism with 8+ years of industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on advanced neural networks or AGI alignment
- Proven track record of leading AI initiatives valued at $50M+
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Certified in AI Ethics (IEEE or equivalent) with policy-making experience
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Julia preferred)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to visualize and articulate complex future scenarios
