Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML development with 5+ years in strategic innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching AI products that generated $50M+ revenue
- Expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and quantum computing foundations
- Published research or patents in AI ethics, explainable AI, or human-AI collaboration
- Experience building AI ethics committees and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud-native AI deployment
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
