Responsibilities

- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of quantum physicists and ML engineers

Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading research teams in top-tier tech firms (FAANG, DeepMind, etc.)
- Published 20+ peer-reviewed papers in AI/quantum fields
- Expertise in transformer architectures, quantum neural networks, and causal inference
- Proven track record of commercializing AI research (3+ products)
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow Quantum, and HPC environments
- Fluency in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
