Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum-AI hybrid systems and neural-symbolic integration
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption, identifying market disruption opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with global business objectives
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for advanced AI systems and biometric interfaces
- Mentor teams in emerging technologies including neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or a related future-tech field
- 10+ years experience in AI research with 5+ years in strategic innovation leadership
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS) on quantum or AI advancements
- Expertise in federated learning, explainable AI, and AGI safety protocols
- Track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (patents preferred)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil)
- Global speaking engagements at premier tech conferences (optional but preferred)
