Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 3-year strategic innovation roadmap for AI-driven product development
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI applications for healthcare, logistics, and sustainability sectors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to identify emerging trends by 2026
- Present foresight analyses and technology impact assessments to executive leadership and investors
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices across the organization
- Mentor R&D teams in integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and generative AI into production systems
- Author thought leadership publications and represent Innovatech at global tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy, product innovation, or technology forecasting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching AI products with measurable market impact (portfolio required)
- Expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and predictive analytics architectures
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks) and ethical AI deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or Futurism; PhD preferred
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex tech concepts for C-suite and board audiences
