Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 AI strategic vision integrating quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in decentralized AI and human-machine symbiosis
- Partner with product teams to commercialize emerging technologies (AR/VR, brain-computer interfaces)
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech summits
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI governance
- Secure $10M+ in research funding through government and private partnerships
- Mentor PhD researchers in emerging AI paradigms and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years AI research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science journals on quantum AI or neural interfaces
- Proven track record of commercializing bleeding-edge technologies
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and quantum algorithms
- Experience leading international research teams across 3+ continents
- Strong background in AI ethics frameworks and responsible innovation
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing platforms (Qiskit, Cirq)
