Responsibilities
- Design strategic roadmaps for 2026-ready AI ecosystems integrating quantum acceleration

- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Partner with policy councils to shape global AI regulatory standards
- Quantify societal impact of emerging technologies through predictive modeling
- Present findings at Davos and UN Tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy systems
- Proven track record scaling AI solutions to 10M+ user bases
- Certification in Global AI Ethics (GAIE) or equivalent
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA high-impact technology programs
