Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 5-year AI innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing generative AI applications for healthcare, logistics, and climate modeling
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies including quantum computing and neuromorphic processors
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Present futuristic technology scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive adoption of explainable AI principles in enterprise environments
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI Ethics, or Futurism with 8+ years of industry experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or generative adversarial networks
- Proven track record leading AI transformation initiatives at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and cloud-native AI infrastructure
