- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis across biotech, nanotech, and neuromorphic computing
- Present strategic briefings to Fortune 500 clients on 2026 digital transformation pathways
- Coordinate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on emerging tech R&D initiatives
- Author white papers cited by WEF and OECD technology policy committees
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Quantum Computing, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- 10+ years in AI strategy with 3+ years in Fortune 500 tech forecasting
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning applications
- Proficiency in TensorFlow Quantum and IBM Qiskit frameworks
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act, US Algorithmic Accountability Act, and global tech governance
- Experience leading $50M+ R&D initiatives with measurable ROI impact
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
