Responsibilities
- Develop predictive AI models forecasting technological adoption curves through 2030
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems in regulated industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping human-AI collaboration paradigms
- Produce annual 'Horizon Report' identifying paradigm-shifting technologies
- Architect neural-semantic interfaces for next-gen knowledge management
- Partner with quantum computing teams to optimize probabilistic algorithms
- Mentor junior researchers in futurist methodologies and critical systems thinking
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years applying ML to strategic foresight or trend analysis
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or ACM)
- Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
