Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI integration in healthcare, climate tech, and neurointerfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast societal impacts of AGI and quantum AI convergence
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems operating in 2026+ regulatory landscapes
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and acquire breakthrough startups in post-quantum cryptography
- Present findings to C-suite and board members through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Author white papers on AI's role in solving 2030 UN Sustainable Development Goals
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (publications/patents in AI/quantum fields)
- Expertise in developing ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with EU AI Act and US AI Bill of Rights
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and predictive modeling libraries (Prophet, PyMC3)
- Deep understanding of neuro-symbolic AI and human-computer interaction paradigms
- Experience leading $10M+ R&D initiatives with measurable ROI
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent strategic foresight training
