Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026-2030 technology roadmaps
- Forecast societal impacts of quantum computing integration and AGI emergence
- Lead cross-functional task forces on AI safety protocols and bias mitigation
- Advise executive board on strategic positioning in post-singularity markets
- Establish industry-wide standards for transparent AI deployment
- Represent company at global AI ethics summits and policy forums
- Mentor next-generation AI ethics officers through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI Ethics, Philosophy of Technology, or Futures Studies
- 10+ years experience in AI governance, policy development, or strategic foresight
- Published research on existential risk mitigation or superintelligence alignment
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and neural-symbolic integration
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Proven track record advising Fortune 500 boards on technology ethics
- Fluency in at least two major programming languages (Python, Prolog, etc.)
- Speaker credentials at top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, FAccT, etc.)
