- Manage innovation incubators for experimental technologies with 5+ year horizons
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/AI with 8+ years of strategic tech planning
- Proven expertise in predictive modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published research in AI ethics or future technology forecasting
- Experience with quantum computing and biotech convergence projects
- Strong background in technology policy and regulatory compliance
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating technology roadmap implementations
