Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native architectures for high-volume AI workloads.
- Oversee the end-to-end MLOps pipeline, ensuring seamless model training, validation, and deployment.
- Optimize system performance and reduce latency for real-time AI inference applications.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to translate complex models into production-ready services.
- Ensure robust data security, privacy compliance, and comprehensive disaster recovery protocols.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies in hardware acceleration and edge computing.
- Establish best practices for code quality, documentation, and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in high-scale cloud infrastructure and AI.
- Deep expertise in AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure with specific focus on AI services.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts, neural networks, and MLOps frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
