Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML or equivalent with 10+ years in applied AI development
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale AI projects with $3M+ budgets
- Expertise in transformer architectures, federated learning, and explainable AI
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML with 50+ citations
- Experience leading teams through ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance cycles
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialization of at least two AI innovations
- Strong familiarity with quantum computing paradigms (Qiskit/Cirq)
