Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines using TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Develop production-ready AI solutions for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Lead neural network optimization for real-time edge computing applications
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis on ML models
- Mentor junior engineers in AI best practices and ethical AI deployment
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI features into enterprise solutions
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends through continuous research and experimentation
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production-grade ML systems
- Expertise in Python, deep learning frameworks, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Proven experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow)
- Strong background in computer vision or NLP
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences preferred
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders
- Portfolio of deployed AI applications with measurable impact
