Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for NLP/computer vision applications
- Lead end-to-end ML project lifecycle from research prototyping to production deployment
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Mentor junior researchers and foster cross-functional collaboration
- Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in generative AI and quantum computing
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production ML systems using PyTorch/TensorFlow
- Published record at top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS/ICML/CVPR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, diffusion models, or MLOps
- Strong software engineering skills with Python/C++
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects from concept to delivery
- Passion for solving real-world problems with ethical AI frameworks
