Responsibilities
- Design novel transformer architectures for next-generation LLMs with 100B+ parameter capacity
- Lead quantum-AI hybrid computing projects to solve previously intractable optimization problems
- Develop ethical frameworks for bias mitigation in autonomous systems
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier AI/ML conferences annually
- Mentor cross-functional teams in implementing research prototypes into production
- Secure $2M+ in government grants for climate AI initiatives
- Architect federated learning systems for multi-institutional medical research
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years in neural network architecture design
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with proven 100B+ parameter model deployment
- Published research at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR on attention mechanisms
- Strong background in quantum computing principles (Qiskit experience preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI bias mitigation solutions
- Track record of securing NSF/DARPA grants for AI research
- Proficiency in C++ for high-performance computing optimization
- Experience with federated learning frameworks like Flower or FedML
