Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced machine learning algorithms for real-time data processing
- Lead cross-functional prototyping of neuromorphic computing architectures
- Develop ethical frameworks for AGI alignment and bias mitigation
- Author peer-reviewed research in quantum information theory
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical hybrid workflows
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging AI paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent industry breakthrough)
- 3+ years in quantum computing or advanced neural network research
- Published work in top-tier AI/quantum conferences (NeurIPS, QIP)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and CUDA acceleration
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Proven ability to translate theoretical models into scalable implementations
