Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced machine learning models for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Publish 3+ papers in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) annually
- Develop patent-pending AI frameworks for ethical decision-making in complex environments
- Mentor PhD researchers and interns in our 2026-focused innovation program
- Collaborate with government agencies on AI policy frameworks for 2030 readiness
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or AI with 5+ years research experience
- Published record in NeurIPS/ICML/CVPR with 15+ citations per paper average
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and transformer architectures
- Proven ability to secure $1M+ in research grants or corporate partnerships
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation at scale
- Strong background in reinforcement learning for multi-agent systems
