Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for next-generation AI systems
- Lead research in quantum computing applications for machine learning
- Develop ethical AI frameworks aligned with 2026 global regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to commercialize research findings
- Publish breakthrough papers in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Secure $5M+ in annual research grants from federal and private sources
- Mentor PhD candidates in our 2026 AI Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years of published research in neural networks or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants (NSF, DARPA)
- Deep understanding of AI ethics and regulatory landscape post-2025
- Experience with neuromorphic computing hardware (Loihi, TrueNorth)
- Strong patents portfolio (3+ granted AI patents)
