Responsibilities

- Mentor junior researchers and foster collaborative innovation
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into scalable production-ready solutions
- Stay ahead of emerging AI ethics regulations and governance frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in applied AI research with publication record
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and quantum computing
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Proven experience deploying ML models at scale (>10M users)
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible AI development
