Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and C++ for high-performance systems
- Track record of securing $1M+ in research funding or patents
- Experience leading AI ethics initiatives with measurable impact
- Strong background in autonomous systems and multi-agent reinforcement learning
